أهلاً وسهلاً بكم في النسخة الثامنة (SIAM8) من منافسة التحكيم التجاري الدولية، حيث يجتمع طلبة كليات الحقوق والقانون والشريعة، من شتى أنحاء العالم، للمنافسة في قضايا تحكيمية افتراضية، باللغة العربية، تُحَاكي واقع قضايا التحكيم التجاري الدولي.
في منافسة التحكيم التجاري الدولية، سيؤدي كل فريق متنافس محاكاة حقيقية لدور المدَّعِي والمدَّعَى عليه، بتقديم مذكرات كتابية، ومرافعات شفهية، في قضية تحكيم افتراضية، أمام نخبة من المحَكَّمين الدوليين.
سواء تأهل فريقك لمجموعة أفضل 32 فريق أو لا، فأنت مدعو لحضور فعاليات أسبوع الرياض الدولي لتسوية المنازعات (RIDW) الذي سيقام بالتزامن مع عقد المراحل المتقدمة للمرافعات في الفترة 18-22 أبريل 2027.

A Global Moot Competition... in Arabic
Welcome to the 8th edition (SIAM8) of the SCCA International Arabic Moot, where students of law, jurisprudence, and Sharia from around the world compete in hypothetical arbitration cases, in Arabic, simulating real international commercial arbitration disputes.
Each competing team performs a realistic simulation of the roles of Claimant and Respondent by submitting written memoranda and delivering oral pleadings in a hypothetical arbitration case before a panel of distinguished international arbitrators.
Whether or not your team qualifies for the top 32, you are invited to attend Riyadh International Disputes Week (RIDW), held alongside the advanced rounds between 18-22 April 2027.
